Our dry-aged prime beef is corn and grain fed mid western raised and aged for 4 to 6 weeks for optimum tenderness and flavor. If dry aged beef is not to your liking we also have a full line of regular prime beef. We carry everything from pot roast to cube steaks. Our ground beef is ground fresh throughout the day and is never fatty.

Everything is cut in house nothing comes in pre packed, so if you need something custom cut it can be done to your likeness. We also carry a full line of pork, veal, and lamb. Our poultry items are all natural antibiotic free and hormone free.

When you order something from us it will be cut and wrapped however you like , for example if you order boneless chicken breast and want it trimmed and made into cutlets or sliced for stir fry it’s done at no extra charge. Everything is freezer wrapped, labeled and guaranteed for one year.
